Block ads on Spotify windows app easily in 10 minutes. No playback issues / No hosts file.
Spotify app for android box. I had to completely uninstall the spotify app, download/install the preview version, create a Spotify directory in My Documents, then create the folder Tutorial. Then, in the Spotify search bar I had to type 'spotify:app:tutorial' with the lowercase t. I hope this helps! You don't need a 'Data' folder inside your AppData spotify folder, because this command will create a 'Link' with the look of a folder. If you enter this created file, you'll see and think is it that the Data is still saved on the C drive, but it is the point, make the program think that. App to transfer songs from spotify to apple music. In fact the data is really stored in your storage Driver. Open your AppData folder and you’ll see Local, LocalLow, and Roaming folders. Let’s start with Roaming. The Roaming folder contains data that would “roam” with a user account from computer to computer if your PC was connected to a domain with a roaming profile. This is often used for important settings. Played two songs on Spotify and the size of the folder went from few KB to 20MB. App like spotify but free. I am now considering ditching the software and play it on the web player.

Now! Don’t have any version of Spotify installed? Then download run install.bat.
Are you using Spotify 1.1.5.xxx or newer which is downloaded Spotify website? Then download and run downgrade.bat.
Confused? Just uninstall any Spotify you have and download and run both of them. Nothing bad is gonna happen.
